NSS Unit
College NSS Unit was established in the year 1994 – 95 with a strength of 50 NSS volunteers. The unit was established according to the rules & regulation laid down by then Marathwada University. The unit since then plays an active role in the social and cultural development of the college and society. Today the NSS unit consists of 250 NSS Volunteers and the following is the Committee of College NSS unit for the year 2020-21. Institutes NSS unit performs one and the two best practices mentioned in NAAC best practices i.e. community development and awareness services.

The College NSS unit is the back bone of college social activities. Through NSS Unit College has organized two district levels NSS officers meet one State level meet. NSS Unit organizes 7 to 10 days NSS Camps every year and adopt a nearby village and also perform shramdan through NSS Volunteers. Besides this regular camp the unit is also in the forefront in organizing various programs throughout the year which is beneficial to society and village. Measuring these activities Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University awarded Best College Award to College NSS Unit and Best Program officers to Dr. Ghani Patel in the year 2006-07. Hence NSS Unit is one of the laurels of Chishtiya College of Arts, Science & Commerce Khuldabad.
