Anti-Ragging Committee
The Anti-Ragging Committee is instituted at each college or university to ensure compliance with the provision of the regulation as well as the provision of any law for the time being in force concerning ragging; investigate complaint and also monitor and oversee the performance of Anti-Ragging Committee.
Objectives
• To increase cultural awareness and understanding among students by organizing events.
• Provide a platform for students to showcase their talent.
• Promote cultural competency and sensitivity among students.
Functions
• To create awareness among the fresher’s.
• To explain the senior student regarding the adverse effect of ragging and punishments involved.
• To display Anti-Ragging Committee notice in various location of the campus.
• To conduct surprise raid in other places.
Anti-Ragging Committee 2023-24
To sensitize student about the evils of ragging and its prevention in the college campus, head of the institute composed a body called Anti-Ragging Cell.
