DEPARTMENT OF PHYSCAL EDUCATION
Department of Physical Education was established year in 1989 and Physical Education as optional subject is started in 2003.
Members of the Department are Dr. Shaikh Afsar Rasheed ( B.Ped M.Ped Phd.) Director Physical Education and Head of department. He is working since 1994 another one is Dr. Syed Riyazuddin (BPE, NIS, M.Ped, M.Phil., Phd.) Assist. Professor is working on Temporary basis.
Physical Education Department have completed 19 years. Through this subject hundreds of students have got degrees. Many players played different games and got medals in all India University Level and Krida Mahotsav, participated in all India Level Competition such as Khelo India Khelo, and they are in the path of development.
The Department organizes and conducted several University level Inter College Tournament and other activity and promote to high level competition.
FACILITIES
- We used to the central library for study.
- We used the indoor hall and outdoor ground.
- We organized inter college tournament.
- The performance of sports is than other college.
- Athletics track and field and equipment’s.
- Volleyball court and equipment.
- Carom set and table tennis and equipment.
- The multipurpose hall is opened to the sports personnel to provide the sports and games facilities.
- The college has provided this facility to organize competitions and sports activities.
- The college has provided separate office to the department of the physical education and sports.
